~Divinity in Motion~

I Just Love A Bunch Of Things Really. ♥

I'm young, I'm here, and I'm conscious. Negropeans need not follow me.

So many issues, I need a magazine rack. 😏

But aye, get to know me. I'm nice, I promise. 😁

this sentence is giving me a migraine

Iggy’s gonna be the first real superstar female rapper you guys ignore Lauryn and Missy’s grammy’s and critical acclaim ignore Nicki’s platinum albumS and sell out tours and critically acclaimed mixtapes ignore it all, ms crocodile dundee dropped one mediocre 8 track mixtape and did 2 songs that everyone only knows the chorus too SHE’S the one to watch!!!

The most depressing part of this is that lat month Nicki Minaj actually broke the record for the most appearances as a lead, collaborative, or featured guest artist on the Billboard Hot 100. But nah, forget her, she’s not important, let’s all gush about how successful Iggy Azalea is instead.

iggy ain’t even the best part of her own song!

Shonda Rhimes decimates NY Times critic who called her an “angry black woman”

note to critics of the world: When you’re talking to African-American women, don’t use the tired “angry black woman” stereotype.

New York Times critic Alessandra Stanley, whose journalism career includes a laundry list of inaccuracies and errors, published a disgusting assessment of how Rhimes and her hit ABC series Scandal have changed the television landscape for black women.

"When Shonda Rhimes writes her autobiography," Stanley begins, "it should be called How to Get Away With Being an Angry Black Woman."

Rhimes didn’t let it go unanswered Follow micdotcom

that time the new york times started a profile of shonda rhimes by saying her autobiography should be called “how to get away with being an angry black woman.”

I hate the New York Times so much

So they mad at a strong Black woman for making shows about strong Black women. Really…?

no the writer is a white woman if you read the rest of the article is is incredibly racist.

Literally, being strong and determined = being angry to whites when you’re a Black woman. And then even worse was when she said Viola Davis isn’t “classically beautiful.”

Y’all say stuff like this and I can pull up your blog and there are no black women.

You’ll come here and follow to only “like”, never to reblog, because you don’t want to give anyone the idea that you believe black women are attractive.

I can scroll past basic ass white girls on this website who have over 100,000 but look like uneatable protein and come back to my blog and see beautiful melanin with 1/10th of that….

But yea everyone’s beautiful as you say # privilege
